We lay in bed, morning light through the curtains turns the room blue. I ask, "Do you want to feel the baby?" He nods.

Hand on my stomach he feels her kick, push, kick. I tell him I can't wait for her to be big enough that they can play through my belly. Her pushing. Him pushing back. Her pushing again.

"You got daughter," I say.
